CITY OF MONDAMIN SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES Mondamin City Hall Monday, February 28, 2022 6:00 P.M. 1. Opening of Meeting a. Mayor Jamie Howrey called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m., leading those present in the Pledge of Allegiance. b. Roll Call Council members present: Mary Seago, Karen Breyfogle, and John Glennie. Public Present: Guy Graaf, Susan Tallon, Shelley Neill, Christine Hussing, and Brian Rife. Staff present: Alyx Hirst. c. Approval of Agenda Motion made to approve agenda by K. Breyfogle, with a second by M. Seago. Motion carried 3-0. 2. Public Comments None 3. New Business a. FY2022-2023 Budget Work Session Mayor Howrey, members of the city council, library board members, community center board president, fire chief, and city clerk were all present to discuss city budget operations. 4. Other Business Due to the West Harrison boys’ basketball first state appearance, the March regular city council meeting will be moved to Thursday, March 10th at its regular 7:00 p.m. start time. 5. Adjourn Having no further business to conduct, K. Breyfogle made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by M. Seago. Motion carried 3-0.
