Council Chambers – Woodbine, IA The special council meeting of the City of Woodbine, Iowa was held pursuant to law on the above date and hour. Mayor Cogdill called the meeting to order with the following members present: LENNING, MANN, & BANTAM. VANDEMARK & GAU were absent. Motion Gau/Mann to approve the agenda. Ayes: 4 Motion carried. Public Hearing on Proposed Property Tax Levy for Budget FY 24-25 was opened at 9:32AM. There were no oral or written citizen comments. Public Hearing closed at 9:52AM.
