Mayor pro-tem Vandemark called the meeting to order with the following members present: GAU, LENNING, MANN, VANDEMARK (via phone) absent: BANTAM, MAYOR COGDILL Motion Gau/Mann to approve the agenda. Ayes: 4 Motion carried. Motion Mann/Gau to approve Resolution 2024-3 setting Public Hearing on April 1, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. for Proposed Property Tax Levy for FY 24-25 Budget. Ayes: 4 Motion carried.
